I took my test but I don see a score. Why is there an exclamation point or a padlock in my gradebook?
When a test is started but not completed, a padlock appears in the gradebook. If you instructor set the assessment for multiple attempts, then you will be able to take it again. However, if the instructor set it for a single attempt, you will need to contact your instructor for a reset. An exclamation point means that the instructor needs to grade the assessment before your score will appear. An exclamation point also appears in the gradebook if you exceeded the time limit allowed for an exam. Exams do not shut down when the time limit is reached, but the assessment tracks how long you worked after the deadline.
