I took a course in late December 2008. The sponsor hasn’t submitted the hours yet and I can’t submit the credits online because of the 35 day rule; what should I do?
Please go ahead and file your Final Reporting Transcript without these course(s) showing. It is common for credits taken towards the end of the biennium to be added to your record after the Jan. 31 filing deadline. Filing your Final Reporting Transcript by Jan. 31 will prevent the assessment of a $50 late filing fee.
