In regular Japanese high schools, the students stay in one classroom while the teachers are the ones to switch rooms and the only lockers are for the students’ outside shoes. St. Othello Academy, however, is a European and American run institution, and therefore operates like an American school would, which means lockers, switching classes, and all that stuff.
