I thought OpusFest was in May, what gives?
We found that being in May caused problems with many people who wanted to attend OpusFest. From summer festivals that have rehersals in May and June to high-school and college students who were getting ready for finals. So we felt the change to March would be in the best interest of the convention and the attendees. 6. Why does OpusFest keep changing hotels? This is a very complicated question. OpusFest has changed hotels for multiple reasons in the past. Mainly we are working on just finding the right size and layout for the convention. Previous hotels have been too large or had weird layouts that got our attendees a bit turned around and confused (including myself). We are hoping that our new home at the Red Lion Hotel will provide a clean and easy to navigate facility that everyone can enjoy. 7. Is it ok to bring my children to OpusFest?
