To upbraid a worker in front of others is grievable as an unfair labor practice- it is illegal harassment. To be singled out for harassment and discipline is illegal. I’d lie in wait and fall on her with a 500,000 volt stun gun in my dreams, but during waking hours I’d collect witness statements and file grievances and sic the union on that thug until the whole mess stops. Management often will protect their own until it becomes too costly. It might be enough for a transfer to be ordered, and you get that much relief.
