To upbraid a worker in front of others is grievable as an unfair labor practice- it is illegal harassment. To be singled out for harassment and discipline is illegal. I’d lie in wait and fall on her with a 500,000 volt stun gun in my dreams, but during waking hours I’d collect witness statements and file grievances and sic the union on that thug until the whole mess stops. Management often will protect their own until it becomes too costly. It might be enough for a transfer to be ordered, and you get that much relief. Now, I’m thinking of the origin of the term “postal” and why it happens, though people deny their part in causing it. Sometimes people succumb to the deep temptation to make threats, but that works against you. Keep your head and talk to your union rep, and pay attention to your behavior that nothing you do can be called a fault. Get a small digital recorder that you can journal everything you need so it doesn’t take away productivity. Secretly recording others is a no-no
