I think i have the brain eating amoeba im really freaking out help please?
ok so i heard that amoeba is in dirt but i washed my hair with warm water from my shower and it got in my nose and i blew my nose out for like 10 minutes and ive been getting some what of a headache and also today it rained really bad and the water flooded my school’s courtyard and i think some got in my nose should i be worried i felt the water and it was kinda cold but warm kinda should i be worried and i am aware of my paranoia im getting therapy now
