I think i have shin splints from running. how do i cure them?
Spend 3 to 4 days biking or running in a pool instead of running. Also when you run try to run on softer surfaces not concrete all the time. If it continues you might want to think of taking a couple of days off. Better to take off then be injured for the rest of the year with something worse. Exercise your shins by sitting down with your feet flat on the floor and lift up your toes keeping your heels down on the ground. It will strengthen your shin muscles and may help prevent further shin splints. Hope that helped! Good luck!
