I syncd my contacts, but my devices nickname field does not appear in Outlook. What happened?

Unfortunately, Intellisync does not support the synchronization of this field (Nickname) to Outlook. If you want a nickname you’ve assigned to a contact on your device to appear in Outlook, you’ll have to enter it manually.
