I swallowed my tongue bar about 3 hours ago, What should i do ?
you would probably pass it within 24 hours if it doesn’t get stuck anywhere. If the tip is rounded and not rough or sharp, you might just pass it, but recently a friend of mine swallowed a toothpick and it got stuck in his intestines. He had terrible gut-pain within a few days and ended up being rushed to surgery to have it removed. A toothpick is certainly larger and pointier (and less-sanitary) than a tongue-bar, and the fact that the bar has (I would imagine) a weighted ball-end, might make it aim downward and go the natural route. But if you feel unusual stomach/intestinal pain within the next few days, go to the doctor, especially if it becomes very bad pain.
