I suddenly can no longer play .ram files in Media Player Classic. I get a cannot render the file error. What can I do?
Start Media Player Classic and click on View in the top menu, then click on Options… (the last item) and then click on Formats (under Player). Then scroll down to RealMedia file. Behind it you’ll see the word DirectShow, change it to RealMedia to solve the problem. This option sometimes resets itself.
