I subscribed a while ago but haven’t received any emails at all — why?
There’s 3 different scenarios here: • You subscribed online and it didn’t go through. When you subscribe, you should see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email straight away. If this didn’t happen, you can double check your account or just give us a call on 1800 985 502 and we can check it at our end . • Your email account is blocking Crikey as SPAM. See Question 5. • You subscribed as a Senior/Concession/Student. When you subscribe under these categories, you need to send us a copy of the relevant card to show us you are eligible. Your account appears as ‘Pending payment/verification’ and no emails will come through until you fax or email a copy of your card. Email to subs@crikey.com.au or fax it to (03) 8623 9975.
