I submitted my registration form for a Platinum or Gold membership and my profile is online. Can I later remove my profile without any incurring costs?
Upon submission of a registration, an au pair or family have agreed to the terms and conditions. Profiles will be automatically removed after the membership period if extention has not been requested. If removal is required before the end of the membership period membership costs will not be reimbursed. Outstanding payments will still be invoiced.
