I submitted my order several days ago, but haven received a confirmation. Whats the holdup?
If you haven’t gotten a confirmation email from Botcollector, you probably entered your Email address incorrectly on the order form. Remember that if the Email isn’t entered right, we have no way of contacting you. Also, many ISP companies that supply your email service (ie. Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, etc.) have limits on how much email you are allowed to receive, and some SPAM blockers may perceive Botcollector’s automatic confirmation as SPAM. If you have not received a confirmation from us in 2 days, check your inbox limits and SPAM filters. Then resubmit your order, and be sure to enter all information correctly.
