You may contact ARINC in a number of ways to inquire as to the status of your request. If you received the automated e-mail acknowledgment, simply reply to that e-mail message and your reply will be automatically routed to the correct group. Please leave the information from your original request as part of the e-mail so that we can determine the cause for the delay. If you did not receive the e-mail acknowledgment, it is possible that your e-mail address was entered incorrectly or a SPAM blocker is blocking the messages.
