I submit via sFTP. How do I report if I have not dispensed any controlled substances?

Zero reports are not accepted via sFTP. Pharmacies that submit via sFTP will need to login to the web portal and submit a zero report through the “Upload ASAP File” tool. Select the check box marked “Zero Report” and click “Submit”. This will count as the pharmacy’s reporting data for the current submission period.
