I stored a colleagues Direct ConnectSM number in my phonebook. Can I use the same number to instantly contact my colleague with Nationwide Direct ConnectSM service?
If you originally stored the entire Direct ConnectSM number Area ID*Network ID*Member ID then yes, you can use this number. If you only stored the Member ID, then you need to revise your phonebook entry to include the entire number. See “Editing Stored List Entries” in your phone model’s User’s Guide. Note: Some phones only display the Member ID part of stored Direct ConnectSM numbers.
