I started up the software and it worked fine the first time, but then when I started it up again, I received an error message that said “Clp has stopped working”. Whats going on?
This problem is caused by an installation error when the software is installed under Windows Vista. Use the Programs/Features function of the Windows Control Panel to completely uninstall the software. Then reboot your computer. Now reinstall the software. When prompted, choose “Everyone” from the options shown during installation. Now restart the software. It should start correctly now and you shouldn’t have any further problems. .
