Yes absolutely. MV is designed to be portable and all four nations of the UK have signed up to the 9 Key Principles of MV. If you started volunteering in England with V, then take your record of hours and timesheets to your volunteering placement in Wales and they should count your hours to date. You should also be able to transfer hours from Northern Ireland and Scotland to projects in Wales. If you are going from Wales to England, you should consult your local contact for V in England to find out how to have your MV hours transferred to a new project there. V does not run for as many hours as MV, however. If all else fails, you could always plan to come back to Wales and volunteer enough hours to complete your 200!
