I spent a couple weeks in the Summer of 2006 living with a family in Granada, Spain. A few times, for dinner and lunch, we had a simple salad made with corn and tuna…Does anyone know a recipe for it or if the dish is Spanish at all?

To clarify, the two base ingredients of the salad were corn and tuna. There was no lettuce. I believe there were onions, perhaps, too. It was a cool, salty-sweet dish. Really nice in the summertime! I’m thinking it was probably corn, tuna, onion, a touch of lemon, olive oil, some coarse salt… It actually looked just like this.
