I sold/ lost/ broke an object, and wish to remove it from the account. How do I delete an object?
We do not recommend deleting an object from the account. It is useful to maintain a history of what you owned. Instead, go to the “Object Detail” view, and click “edit”. Under “Status”, change the status to “deaccessioned” from the pull down menu. The object will then be removed from your view, but still on the account for historical purposes. If you ever want to see your deacessioned objects, change your view from “current” to “deaccessioned”. 5) What is the difference between Users and Contacts on the account Users are people you give access to your account. Contacts are people relevant to the account. A contact could be someone who has conducted an appraisal, a condition report, or sold you an object.
