I signed up for RaceTrac Insider but I am not getting any emails?
Here are two possible answers: • There was an error in the sign up process. Send an email to website@racetrac.com and we will check to make sure you are all signed up. If you are not we will send you a link to the sign-up page to start over. • Your email account may be picking up the emails we send as SPAM or unwanted emails. Please add the email address rewards@racetrac.messages3.com to the approved or safe list of senders in your email address book. Your email provider should have instructions on their website on how to do this if you have questions.
