I signed up for Online Banking. After I select Transfers and Payments, then follow the links leading me to the BillPay site, my Online Banking User ID and Password do not work — why?

Even though our customers access CheckFree’s Web BillPay Service from within Farmers Online Banking, BillPay is an independent program, which requires separate enrollment. Upon Service activation, a unique User ID and Password will be established with CheckFree.
