I signed up for an online course but have not received an e-mail about setting up a NetID. What should I do?
If you do not already have a NetID, you should have received an e-mail about setting one soon after you registered for your first online course (within two hours). If you have not received the e-mail, check your junk mail folder. If there’s nothing in your junk mail folder, send an e-mail message to netidhelp@ucx.ucr.edu and ask to have your NetID e-mail re-sent.
