I signed up for a membership, but can sign up for an imonline account. Why do I keep getting an error message that the information does not match the information in the database?

The IMOnline database requires that you enter your full name as it appears in Registrar records. Try entering your full last name and first name as it appears on University records. If this still doesn’t work, please email imsports@recsports.wisc.edu and we’ll help you troubleshoot.
