I share a PC with other users, but the CWYW toolbar in Word only appears for me not for the others. What is the problem?
The problem is to do with where Word looks for the CWYW files. This may vary between users. To find out the correct location, open Word, click on Tools then Options, then click on the File Locations tab. In the list of file types, Startup shows the correct location for the CWYW files. Any user who doesn’t see the CWYW toolbar should make a note of this location, and then use My Computer or Windows Explorer to copy the files from C:\Program Files\EndNote into the correct location. The files are EN7CWYW.dot plus either EN7Cwyw.wll or EN7Cwyw.WordXP.wll depending on which version of Word you are using.
