Yes. You must either pay the balance in full, or contact the Michigan Department of Treasury to include your second year driver responsibility fee assessment in your Installment Agreement. If you fail to pay the balance in full, or set up an Installment Agreement by the due date given on your Notice your driving privileges may be interrupted.
