I sent TPA Software an Error Report form and never heard back. Why?
As stated on the support form page, we do not reply to incomplete reports, or reports that simply say “It doesn’t work.” Each support form on our site has specific instructions and suggestions on how to file a report. If these instructions go ignored, then so does the report. Put simply, we do not have the resources to chance down pertinent information per report when it could have and should have been included originally. We apologize is this seems rude, but to keep operations running smoothly, reports need to be filed our way.
