Unfortunately, because of the large amounts of email Selina receives at times, she only answers the most important business emails right away (those regarding orders, customer enquiries or business enquiries). Personal comments and questions tend to back up, until Selina puts aside a day every week or two to answer them all. If you have something important in your email that you feel hasn’t been replied to fast enough, by all means, please send it again just in case it had been lost.
