I sent RSVP Group Email to new invitees, but their status remains “New (not invited yet).” Why is their status not “Invitation Sent”?
When you send RSVP Group Email to new invitees based on a template that does not have the registration link, ActevaRSVP will not treat that email as an invitation. The first email you send to a new invitee with the registration link is an invitation, because it offers registration for the invitee.
