I sent my instructor a file in my digital dropbox, but he cant find it. Whats wrong?
There are two buttons in the digital dropbox; add file and send file. Adding a file merely deposits in your digital dropbox for safekeeping. For your instructor to see the file you must send the file. Your instructor is not able to look into your dropbox for the assignment. Another reason your instructor may not be able to receive the assignment is that you may have included a # sign (i.e. Assignment #1). The HTML code is not acceptable to Blackboard, and your file will not be sent. What is my Blackboard email address? You do not have an email address when your account is set up in Blackboard.
