I sent in my re-enrollment paperwork but havent gotten my card yet. Why?
If youve submitted your re-enrollment paperwork as required, your new card will be mailed out approximately a week before your current card expires. If you submitted your re-enrollment paperwork after the required deadline, the re-enrollment will be processed in the order it was received and the new card will be sent as soon as it is created.
