I sent in my code by text and it has come back unrecognised or used – what do I do?
1. Ensure that you have entered the 9 character code correctly. If you have entered the code incorrectly, try again. Any codes entered with other text will not be recognised. 2. Ensure that you have not already entered the promotional code previously – you will need a valid code for each individual entry. 3.
