I sent in a hand written order for a set of journals, but found the cost had changed. Why?

The CSASI officers occasionally modify the price of the journals. This may occur during the annual officers meeting. The next printed journal then reflects this price change. However some individuals will order from a journal 1 year or 10 years old which is not current. The current cost of journals for purchase can always be viewed on the CSASI web site.
