I sent an email to Simaudio; why haven I received a reply yet ?
We’re a manufacturer and normally operate from Monday to Friday. Consequently, emails that are sent to us on the weekend may not be read until Monday. As well, there are several different people that handle the emails sent to the various addresses and they are not always at their computers (or even in the office for that matter). In any event, we always reply to every email as promptly as possible so please be patient.
