I sell products on EBay which means I need to have a host site for pictures of the items Im offering. Can the HN7000S act as a host?

While the HN7000S is a self-hosted server, it is self-hosting only as far as to keep you from loading software on your PC and maintaining the always-on connection to the internet. You do not have the capability to upload anything into the HN7000S modem. The HN7000S is thus not a web server and you cannot upload pictures or other things to it like you would a website.
