The COM Port is already opened by the software or some other software. First exit the software and re-enter the software. • If your PC has any PDA sync software running on it, that has opened your PC’s COM Port upon computer start up. Disable the PDA sync software from using the COM Port and re-enter the Scan Tool software. • The COM Port is already opened by the software or some other software.
