Usually, this occurs because you have not properly received a valid IP address. Make sure the LED of the RG unit is solid green. If the LED is not solid green, you need to reconfigure the RG1000 through the RG Setup utility. • Once I have a link to my RG1000, is that all I need to connect to the Internet? You need to make sure that you have a valid IP address and that your proxy settings are configured properly with respect to the type of network you have set up.
