The difference in pricing is two-fold: The least expensive PowerSquid are ‘outlet multipliers’ and DO NOT provide surge protection. An outlet mulitiplier can best be compared to an extension cord that provides additional outlets. All PowerSquid Outlet Multipliers are branded and distributed by our manufacturing partner, Philips Electronics, and are now widely available. Other authentic brand names in this PowerSquid line may include: Power Sentry and Newpoint.
