I see theres a new issue on the web site, but it hasn appeared on my PDA. Whats wrong?
The issue may appear on the web site before it appears on your PDA. We publish these during separate steps in our editorial process, so there may be a delay between when you see the issue on the web site and when you see it on your PDA. It should not be more that 24 hours, however. New Canadian Prescriber’s Letter issues and charts will only appear when you synchronize your PDA with your PC. The PC that you synchronize with must have the Canadian Prescriber’s Letter software installed on it. If you have synchronized your PDA multiple times, but still do not see any new issues or charts on your PDA, then you may need to re-install the Canadian Prescriber’s Letter software on your PC so the synchronization can occur properly. Don’t forget you MUST be online in order to synchronize your data. Palm OS: If you have disabled AutoSync, you will need to enable AutoSync, then HotSync. Pocket PC: If you have disabled AutoSync, you will need to do a manual download.
