I see that you offer 3 design packages, Small Office, Medium Office, and Large Office. What is the difference between each package and how do I decide which best meets my needs?
A. There are only 2 differences between the packages: 1.) The number of initial pages you want the designer to do for you – free addons will affect this number as well, and 2.) The number of agents that will have listings. The Small Office package allows for up to 3 agents and 8 initial pages. The Medium Office package allows for up to 9 agents, and 15 initial pages. The Large Office package allows for up to 15 agents, and 22 initial pages. Additional agents can be added in groups of 5 agents for $10.00 per month. For more than an additional 20 agents you will need to obtain a custom quote. The number of initial pages with each package are the pages that the designer will create with the page content/ad copy that you provide. Initial pages are also affected by some free addons that you choose, for example if you select the free Testimonial addon, it counts as a page against the number of initial pages.
