I see that libmcrypt is required – but it’s not on my hosting service. What can I do about that?

This is a security precaution that prevents man-in-the-middle attacks to the service. We suggest you use it, but it’s not necessary to use the service. If you don’t have it installed on your hosting environment, please contact your hosting company. The service also requires PEAR and the Crypt_HMAC PEAR library. See the Getting Started Guide for more information.
