You have disabled JavaScript in your browser. This is almost never a default setting; generally either you or a system administrator have disabled JavaScript for security reasons. In Internet Explorer, you can selectively enable JavaScript for the Local Intranet zone. In Netscape, you can re-enable JavaScript when using Operation World CD-ROM, or can work around those portions of the CD that use JavaScript (generally, the Today feature [workaround using the Prayer calendar from Home], the Country pulldowns [workaround using Countries on the top menu bar], report pulldowns [scroll to find what you need] and Search [no good workaround]). You may also want to re-evaluate the security policy that caused you to disable JavaScript to start with; JavaScript implementations in later browser versions are reportedly much more secure.
