I see an option in the Virtual Drive options about avoiding cache and always opening from the cloud. What is this ?
In most circumstances you should always ensure that opening files direct from the Cloud is not checked. The drive employs a local cache to load and save frequently used files. It also checks whether the local cache files have been updated from the version that resides on the cloud and uploads them in the background if this is the case. You can also control the time in which it checks this from the Virtual Cloud Drive options. Forcing files always to be opened from the Cloud will be slower and can lead to delays when working with files.
