Not possible if the beer is alcoholic. Alcohol has calories. The maltose (sugar in beer) would need to be replaced with an artificial sweetener as well. Not sure if that has ever been done on a commercial scale.

Corvato is correct in saying that a beer takes a hit on flavor and alcohol when lowering calories. Why not skip the Big Mac from Mickey Dees for lunch and enjoy the calories in a beer instead.
