I saw a bottle of Pronto® Weed and Grass Killer next to the RoundUp® in the local hardware store. Whats the difference?
Each formula is slightly different but the major active ingredient in both products is Glyphosate so both are recommended for the same uses. The biggest difference is often price. A word of warning about all Glyphosate products: they are meant to kill weeds and grasses – and they may kill any plant nearby. Do not use Glyphosate products for spot weed control in lawns or around any plants you want to keep!
