After you install and run Server and Monitor, you can check their logs which are in their “Log” pages. There should be some information like these: (Monitor Log) > 15:44:46: Monitor started. > 15:44:53: Send Success. (Server Log) > 15:44:38: Server Started. > 15:44:53: Data Received. You can also open the Analyzer to choose User to see if there is your workstation’s computer/user name there. Or you may go to Server Active User Page to see if there is computer/user name.
