A. Consider traineeships – they can be on the job training (especially useful in remote locations) or off-the-job. The training cost is mostly met by the State Government and there is usually Federal Government incentives also. You need to be patient and put effort into the training process but you may find you have a cost effective and committed employee. Contact a training provider or New Apprenticeships centre for more.
