RUSEFF provides only loan financing, not equity capital. Your project may be eligible for RUSEFF loan financing provided your company is regarded a suitable candidate by one of EBRD’s Partner Banks under RUSEFF, and if RUSEFF’s Eligibility criteria are met. If you have your company’s accounts at one of EBRD’s Partner Banks please contact your bank first.
