You may be able to file for a reclassification of your service or disability retirement benefit to an accidental disability benefit by filing an Application for World Trade Center Accidental Disability Presumption. If you do not file the Application on or before September 11, 2010, you must file the World Trade Center Notice by that date to be eligible should you become disabled in the future.
