I REQUESTED A NEW PASSWORD OR TRIED TO CORRESPOND WITH EGMNOW BUT HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING. WHAT IS GOING ON?
First, check your SPAM/BULK folder and make sure the correspondence didn’t end up there. Also, make sure your SPAM filter will allow e-mail from EGMNOW (it will come from either webmaster@egmnow.net or ipass@egmnow.net). If this doesn’t fix the problem feel free to contact us directly at support@egmnow.net with a short description of your problem, your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address and we’ll do our best to get your problem addressed as soon as possible.
